I have worked in various industries in telesales, field sales, administration and operational roles. I have recruited people, managed people, promoted and fired people. For the last 15 years, I have worked in a nationwide operations managerial role for an extremely successful UK Ltd company, working alongside small businesses, giving support, leadership and motivation.
